Listen in to NPR Science Friday

General

I had the privilege of appearing with Ira Flatow on NPR Science Friday. Well, I didn’t appear, if you will. I was actually calling in from a conference room deep in the bowels of the Baltimore-Washington Airport just before trying to catch a flight home.

Listen in here: http://podcastdownload.npr.org/anon.npr-podcasts/podcast/510221/113455421/npr_113455421.mp3?_kip_ipx=778676496-1254568682

Apparently this is a VERY popular show. Friday was the most visited day for SafeLawns.org in nearly a year and sales of my book, The Organic Lawn Care Manual, spiked to the top 100 of all books selling in the world right now on Amazon.com.

    Hi Paul,

I was stuck in traffic on Friday and heard you on NPR. It was the best traffic jam of my life.

I just began (after almost 30 years of Scotts) to go organic. This is my first year. I am using coffee grounds from Starbucks and compost from the town heap 1 mile away. What a difference! I am on the 5 year plan. This is what I am giving it. Already I am seeing earthworms 8-9 inches long in the lawn and garden from the coffee.

I only wish I did this years ago.

Love your site and it is now one of my favorites.
