    Paul,when my neighbors lawn gets mowed,their mower then blows the shredded debris back onto the grass. the next time it rains,all of the trash washes into the gutter and gets deposited in front of my house,sometimes on my lawn where it smothers the grass if I dont remove it.The mowing guy should sweep it up in the first place
