Farmers Try to Block Pollutant Cleanup

So much for progress. Back in November the EPA caused a stir when it announced plans to clamp down on fertilizer runoff into the Chesapeake Bay region of the Mid-Atlantic United States: http://www.safelawns.org/blog/index.php/2010/11/washington-post-changes-coming-in-lawn-care/.
