Martha Stewart to Feature SafeLawns Tomorrow

PROGRAM ALERT:

Legendary television host and lifestyle guru Martha Stewart will host organic lawn expert Paul Tukey on her television program live at 10 a.m. nationwide Tuesday, Sept. 28, on the Hallmark Channel. The show will air at 9 a.m. Central Time.

Scheduled topics include organic soil conditioning, overseeding and grass species, fertilization, proper watering and weed control. A second segment will focus on sod-top gardening, an easy conversion technique from lawn to garden.

Members of the studio audience will receive copies of Tukey’s best-selling book, The Organic Lawn Care Manual (Storey, 2007).
