I have not applied synthetic fertilizers for 8 years now (we have kids, pets and back up to a ravine that feeds a waterway). I live in a subdivision where 80% or more do use them. Is there any recourse to keep the chemicals off my property (property line) from the neighbors’ lawn care company? This company also takes no effort to keep the granule chems off the sidewalks and streets so when I walk the dog and or the kids we either walk in the middle of the street or through the chemicals . They put the signs on the lawns to keep off due to the danger of the toxic substance but leave it on the sidewalk… this makes no sense to me. Any advice would be most welcomed.
